How Much Money Does Sitepoint Make?

With the volume of listings on the Sitepoint Marketplace it stands to reason that a massive amount of money moves through it’s members every day. Something that’s always intrigued me is just how large that amount was, so I decided to try and devise a tool to monitor the marketplace.

The easiest way to do this (from what I can tell) would be using the RSS feeds, extracting details about the listing price and performing some basic additional math upon the extracted data. Unfortunately in this scenario Sitepoint does not supply enough detail in their feeds, but it got me wondering what else you could do with the same concept. What other useful applications might there be for extracting data from a feed and then performing a mathemetical or programmatical function upon it?
